Thoughts from someone in the throws of a short sale....

Good evening! I just wanted to share some thoughts from one of my client friends who is the middle of the short sale process right now. I think it helps to hear from someone who is there how tough it can be to go through all of this... but as they say, it is much tougher to not make any decision.

"Hi Carrie ... Read your blog, very well written as normal. I am not fully out of the woods, but wanted to share a thought looking back. It is still hard emotionally to lose a home .... etc. However; the pain I feel emotionally now pales in comparison to the pain I felt before I made the decision to short sale . Even though my credit is zapped .... I feel I now have a future and direction for my family, the toll it was taking on me was unexplainable!!!

All those sleepless nights waking up so emotionally disturbed feeling like such a failure, when some one can truly walk that path for a few years..... it was Hell. So I in no way wanted to lose my house ... BUT no house is worth that much pain.
Just some personal thoughts this morning after read your blog. I am truly grate full for all your help for my family .... I hope to be one of your
many success stories!!! Appreciate you Carrie .. don't know how I could
ever repay you for your tremendous support!!!"
