As a part of Titanium Solutions, and a realtor with Associates Realty, I specialize in helping people work with their foreclosure problems. Either through loan modifications with their lender or helping to dispose of their properties, I strive to make this much less stressful (just by the very nature of foreclosure they can't be stress-free!). My services are free unless I help you sell your house and often, in the case of a short sale, the bank pays for my services.

Jose Canseco is a HOUSE WALKER!

According to the LA Times Real Estate Blog, Jose Canseco walked away from his 7300 square foot California mansion. He left the bank with a mortgage of more than $2.5 million.

From the blog, "In comments to the TV show "Inside Edition," Canseco says, "It didn't make financial sense for me to keep paying a mortgage on a home that was basically owned by someone else."

There is a picture of his house at the TMZ website.

If you are a regular reader of my blog, you know how I feel about just walking away from your home... maybe we're jumping the gun, maybe he tried other options to solve this problem... but according to his quote above and the LA Times, it appears he didn't.

If you did simply walk away, shame on you, Jose!
